12 Responsible consumption and production (12.2, 12.4, 12.5)
Recovery and recycling contribute significantly to the reduced environmental impact from societies’ consumption. Epoke is working constructively on reducing the amount of refuse.

This is done by meticulously sorting waste which leads to maximum recycling. Consequently the amount of disposal is reduced, metal scrap and plastic material are re-melted, and the consumption of energy and water is reduced and optimized.
Due to the ISO9001 and 14001 certifications we constantly focus on optimizing and improving our processes.

15 Life on land (15.5, 15.9)
When developing salt spreaders, we take into consideration that the methods for salt spreading protect and support life on land. This is done by reducing the deterioration of natural habitats and by protecting and preventing the extinction of plant and animal life.
