Epoke A/S becomes part of Lagercrantz Group

We are proud to announce that as of June 10, 2025, Epoke A/S has been acquired by Lagercrantz Group – a publicly listed industrial group focused on technology-based companies with headquarters in Sweden and operations across much of Europe.

With this acquisition, Epoke becomes part of a strong and internationally oriented group that shares our ambitions for innovation, quality, and long-term growth. This marks an important step in our continued development, and we look forward to close and productive cooperation with our new owners at Lagercrantz Group.
